This tub of miracle granules came into its own this weekend with a number of Christmas parties at a local resource centre.A small amount of granules goes a long way and it made it simple to clear up liquid and semi-solid spillages with ease. This expanded up into gel which was easily lifted with a dustpan and bagged (didn't want to risk flushing).Compared to the usual frantic mopping, this saved time and effort and the cost of the granules used was a fraction of the cost of copious amounts of blue roll (which also takes up a lot of bin space).Whilst the initial cost of just under £30 seems a lot, this tub is advertised as being sufficient for 250 litres of spills and, based on the small amount used this weekend, this tub will last a long time (and save a lot of blue roll).

This substance is very good if you are using a bucket loo in a camper.We have tried the sachets by this same company which work well but you then have the little paper packets to throw away.The granules absorbs crazy amounts of liquid.10 ml of it can cope with a lot of liquid and there is a 10ml scoop in the tub.The granules look exactly like salt so I have written on the blank plastic lid with permanent markers as not everyone pays attention to product labelling on the sides of tubs.It doesn't sting but you wouldn't want it in your eye or someone to mistake it for salt.You can use it for all sorts of liquid clean ups as they turn to a more manageable state once they have been absorbed .This little 1.5kg drum should last a good while.

I’m not sure what to explain about this absorbing product. It absorbs very well and does a good job. Like anything, use the correct amount, otherwise it won’t work correctly. Have fun absorbing.

I used it to help with my puppy training around the house, especially when he was urinating my carpet. It works great

This is a good quality product that has a number of uses. It's particularly useful for absorbing accidents if you have pets.The price is about average, but a little amount of this goes a log way. Be sure the keep the lid tightly sealed after use.

This isn't the best value item you'll find, but it works and helps absorb nasty spills that you want removed asap.It should last a long time as well, as (hopefully) you'll rarely need it, and when you do a moderate amount will go a long way (255 litres per tub).Definitely recommended to have one in case of emergency and something I'll always keep in rotation.

Perfect for liquid spills around my house. It’s been a godsend as my dog has been very poorly with upset tummy and vomiting.Using these granules made light of what would have been a hard job. As my dog wasn’t exactly selective where he left his little giftsSpecially absorbed the very watery 💩 up much more easily.

Got this after seeing it advertised.Got this primarily for our dogs especially our 14 year old Bichon Frise who despite wearing doggie nappies at night does occasionally have little accidents leaving pee on our kitchen floor and using this is a lot easier now just sprinkle some on the puddle and it quickly absorbs the liquid into a manageable deposit which you can quickly gather up and dispose of effectively.Also when our dogs are occasionally sick this will be a god send to deal with the sick or even watery Diarrhea which is never a easy or pleasant task will be more tolerable with this product. Save on our copious amounts of kitchen roll or baby wipes we normally use when such accidents occur.You receive a large tub of the powder / granules and it should last a lomg time depending of course on how many accidents we have to deal with.I never knew such a product existed but now I do I will be a regular buyer of this life saver.

These were obtained primarily because we keep Chickens and they have taken to inviting themselves into the kitchen. The kitchen floor is slate tiled and these granules are a godsend to help clean up the liquid mess anyone who keeps chickens will understand only too well. They are also useful to have handy for any other spillages that can happen from time to time.

It does what I expected to do. It's a fine white slightly granular power similar to salt but when added to liquid it sucks it up into a soft gel like consistency which is much easier to clean up than anything its pure liquid form. It also appears to swell up a lot showing that it expands to hold a lot more liquid that its volume would have you expect. The claim is that this tub can soak up 255 litres of liquid. That sounds extraordinary but the little bit of experimentation I did makes me think that it will soak up ever such a lot although I can't scientifically prove that figure without wasting it. Expensive but if you have the kind of scenarios at home where there are difficult liquid accidents this seems like something they would have in a hospital and I'm glad I can purchase like this for private use and think it will last fairly well.
