These are the kind of thing you hope never to need - but if you do, you really want to have close to hand!I remember the days of sick buckets in the car - or worse - vomiting incidents with no sick bucket. These bags are just such a brilliant solution to any sickness disasters tor wee related needs that may be around the corner. They really are as effective as the product details say in terms of absorbing fluid with no mess or spillage. And of course they are so light and unobtrusive to carry around with you just in case.We now keep a couple in the glove compartment and I have one in my handbag when on a journey, or days out etc. Would never look back, or be out of stock again!At the current price of less than £1 per bag, it’s well worth it to me.

I am very impressed with these strong and convenient vomit and urine collection bags.I ordered these because when my husband feels the need to pass urine, he has to find a toilet very quickly, which causes him an unbelievable amount of stress. Even on a short car journey, he has to plan ahead and identify the nearest public toilets for every place we visit. These bags are going to provide an enormous amount of peace of mind. I tested them with 1 litre of water, and they do indeed hold that much, turning what initially looks like three sheets of kitchen paper into a clear gel that quickly expands to soak up all the fluid.I’ve noticed a couple of reviews saying that these bags wouldn't be suitable for women to use, but I disagree. If, like me, you suffer from travel sickness then these bags are ideal. My travel sickness is so bad that I try to limit my journeys but having a supply of these bags in the car, or to carry in my bag, means I have peace of mind that I can cope with the aftermath of a bad journey.

I wish i had known about these bags when i picked up a horrible sickness bug last year, they would have been so helpful. These vomit and urine bags are soft and very thick and there are 3 absorbent pads inside each bag, these help to absorb any liquids and smells. There are 10 bags included with each bag having a large 1000ml capacity, there is an adhesive strip along the top of the bags to help seal them up afterwards. These bags are great for family members who suffer with car sickness or have a weak bladder when travelling and are handy to keep at home too in case of any unexpected stomach bugs that might arise.

My son gets travel sick. These are great for the car and for flights as they have a wider opening than normal sick bags so less misses. They also seal after use which is a huge bonus

Have come in handy many times during this pregnancy! I have had severe Hyperemisis gravidarum and whenever I go out and about, I have had a stash of these available in case I'm not close to a bathroom (which has been quite often) and these have done a brilliant job! Very easy to use and close up to avoid odours and then you just throw it away!

I found the bags to be well packed, they seem solid and well made. We took them for a holiday with grandchildren to travel in car and boat but fortunately didn’t need to use them.

Perfect for camping when you dont want to walk across a field in the middle of the night to take a pee. Fluid turns to gel quickly and the bags seal well. Good to keep in the car for anyone who gets travel sick or just for those little emergencies. This was my second order.. They work well

My dad is reaching that age where he can't take any chances when traveling in a vehicle. These disposable bags are excellent quality and well worth the price. Cant tell you how much of a stress reliever this product is when in time of need. The absorbency is great as well.

I bought these ahead of Kendal Calling festival. I usually take my beloved camping loo when I go camping but was advised to try bag option as they're less bulky to transport. I bought these (£9.18 for 10) and then trialled one at home before we went away and I was very pleasantly surprised. I ended up using 3 bags during the weekend. You open the bag fully and then position it up against yourself, hold the bag firmly with 2 hands one hand at the front and one at the back. I was amazed nothing leaked on any of the times I used! It turns into gel really quickly. Once done you seal it up like a sandwich bag and then peel away a strip and fold a lip to fully seal. I've still got 6 left so I'm now keeping 2 bags in my car for emergencies and saving the other 4 for my next camping trip :)

Very good size and good quality bags. Nicely individually wrapped for protection untill use. Can't comment on gel as I haven't used one yet.

These are pretty straightforward items and work as you would expect. Whatever liquid goes into the bag is quickly converted to a thick gel that absorbs odours and won't leak. The bag can be sealed after use and, unless you are extremely careless, won't leak. Perfect for van camping or emergencies, and they fold up flat enough to keep them in your car door or glove box. Great item.

This is a pack of ten vomit and urine bags. They have an absorbent pad inside which turns into gel when in contact with liquid. These bags have also got a foam top but it�s not a solid top and bends so just need to be careful in use.�

OK, so I can't claim to have used these but I can see how it could be incredibly useful for families where carsickness is a problem or in my case, a parent with Alzheimer's who may get caught short when on an outing.I know a few people who camp who may keep one of these to hands for days when it's tipping it down with rain and they don't want to get soaked schlepping to the toilet block at night.

I ordered these as we often get caught short in the car with my young son on longer car journeys. I also get when travel sick and, although I haven't been sick in the car for some time, I do get it even worse on a plane to the point I am repeatedly sick.These pouches are perfect for liquid messes (vomit or urine) as it is filled with a gel that absorbs the liquid and stops the "sloshing" inside the bag once full. On an airplane the sick bag are normally made of waxed paper and there is no way to seal them. The flight attendants also don't take these off you anymore so you have to hold on to them for the entire flight until you can dispose of them when you get off.These pouches had a nose shaped cover so it fit around my face better than the paper sick bags. The gel absorbed the fluid and I could then seal the bag not only with the ziplock closure but also with the glue strip so I could fold the top over.I found these also helped considerably in concealing the smell of whatever is inside them. This is probably due to the thick plastic material and the double sealing feature. I've now used these on a plane for my travel sickness, and in the car for my son's small bladder. I keep a couple in each of our cars now and I will definitely order more when numbers get low. Where were these when I was pregnant and had morning sickness none stop!

We got them mainly for motion sickness but have tested them for use while urinating. The bags do hold a lot of liquid. Once sealed they do not leak.They are a bit fiddly for a female to use for urinating but the wide opening makes it manageable, although an improvement might be including a strap or handle to hold onto.You get 10 bags, which isn't bad for the price and they fold flat for ease in carrying with you.

As someone with a chronic illness, these types of bags are a must for outings and keeping by my bedside.It is initially a bit tricky to figure out how to use the bags for weeing as an adult female, but once I got the angle right, I was good to go! I definitely recommend practicing at home to get the angle and hold right on the bag; the bag can be used more than once due to the fantastic liquid capacity, so just try it whilst hovering over the toilet in case you miss the bag.I was a little bit worried about the thinness of the bag, but the plastic is strong and sturdy, the gel traps the liquid well and helps reduce any scents coming from liquids, and once sealed, the bag is sealed, and there is no liquid escaping, which is a huge relief.Some might think the price is a bit high, as for 10 days the price at the time of review is £10.20, which works out roughly at £1.02, which I think is quite fair for peace of mind & due to the fact the bags have a reasonable liquid capacity.This set of SafetyGel vomit and urine absorbing bags would also be handy for people with children, for the elderly, adults on a long journey, people with health issues, etc. I think everyone would benefit from having a set of these bags available just in case.
