Well I kid you not, the day this arrived, our 8 month old (thought to be potty trained) puppy had a little accident in the living room. It's like she knew this product needed testing out and thought she was helping, though I didn't appreciate the help at the time. I'm happy to report though this stuff it insanely absorbent, it soaked up the mess quickly and left a sludgey gel like substance to scoop up (pictured). Its not the easiest to clean up in this state you definitely want an old dustpan or something to scoop it into rather than picking it up with your hands, also some of the gel stuck to the floor but it came up with antibac wipes which I'd use anyway. That being said it certainly used way less material than paper towels and no dripping transferring it to a bin bag.I originally got this for my workshop to solidify spent cleaning solutions from brushes/part cleaning that can't go down the drain, but its already come in handy for other uses too so I'm happy with it.Its a bit expensive but if you need it, you need it, and its a good product so if you fall into that kind of category its good to have on hand and does what it says on the tin as they say.

Great product which does exactly what it says it does. A definite must have product for a family to have in just in case, especially perfect for if a child throws up in the middle of the night as you can sprinkle this stuff on top and leave it and then clear up later.A pricey item but very useful.

This does a wonderful job at solidifying undesirable liquid spillages into an easy to manage solid gel / powder substances that can be swept up. I got this for dog and kid sick in a domestic setting. It has lots of other uses and very versatile. It works very quickly to congeal vomit, reduces the odour and makes it very easy to clean up. A minimal amount will go a long way. Its very absorbant. It goes to a powdery snowy slush and then to a gel. Very easy to remove from the floor and no chance of splash back or leakage.I'd get this again when I need it.

Great for urine bottles, I have an elderly relative that relies on using bottles, these granulates are excellent at absorbing liquid and importantly negating any accidents caused should the bottle be accidently knocked over.

Makes cleaning up a large spill very easy. Nowhere near as much needed as I initially thought. They're very good at absorbing. This tub will last quite some time. This has tons of applications of use I can think of. A big one is definitely in the care of elderly but also in a workshop where spills are likely to happen. Can simply be swept up and binned after.

I got the SafetyGel product, hoping to manage spills effectively, and it delivered on its promise. The absorption is quick and thorough, and the 4.5 kg container with a free scoop is convenient. I've used it for a variety of things, such as bio sample transportation and spills in commodes.One advantage is the airtight storage. Though the choking hazard warning is a little obvious, it's often a dependable way to deal with unwanted fluids. Recommended.

I use this with potty liners in my commode and my carers think that it is great as emptying my commode just means tying up the bag and putting it into the bin. It saves so much hassle and is so much more hygienic (and there’s no smell either!).

We put some of this powder in my elderly relative's urine bottles to avoid accidents if he knocks them over. It soaks everything up almost instantly. It did, however, cause an incident when we found him holding one upside down and staring into the aperture! (Not dementia just curiosity.)

Used this for a “bag in a bucket” type of camping toilet. One small scoop soaks up and neutralises everything so it can be bagged and disposed of in regular waste. I’ll buy this again whenever it runs out.
