Improve infection control, reduce the risk of cross contamination, and absorb bodily fluids such as urine, vomit and blood. Ideal for use when toileting vulnerable patients, and suitable for use in pulp urinals, sick bowls, bed pans, commodes, wash bowls, clinical waste, sharps waste and fluid spillages. SafetyGel Super Absorbent Fast Acting Sachets

  • Suitable for use in pulp urinals, sick bowls, bed pans, commodes, wash bowls, clinical waste, sharps waste, fluid spillages and any instance where non-oil based fluids need absorbing and locking away.
  • Improves patient dignity, ideal for clinical and healthcare waste streams, age care, hospitals and healthcare settings.
  • SafetyGel is macerator safe so both gel and pulp items can be safely macerated. Alternatively, dispose of via the appropriate clinical waste channel.
  • Non-Toxic and Non-Irritant. DO NOT EAT - can be a choking hazard.

Directions for use:

Place a SafetyGel pad onto the fluid or spill, or into a container ready to collect fluids. Each pad can absorb up to 4 Litres. Wait two minutes for fluids to gel, add more pads if necessary. Absorption will vary according to fluid viscosity. Use as many pads as necessary to absorb the fluid.
